AFRIDINAR's first year of publication operates under a Diamond Open Access model, entirely free, with no submission fees, no article processing charges, and no cost to readers.
From the second year onward, AFRIDINAR introduces a modest, equity-tiered article processing charge, scaled to the World Bank income classification of the corresponding author's country, applied regardless of geographic location:

An automatic fee waiver is available to any author who requests one, with no justification required. No author is ever excluded from publishing in AFRIDINAR due to inability to pay.
